Extremely relieved the leak was caught
Shane and Tyler were installing conduit in our crawlspace and mentioned that they saw a water leak. I called a plumber after they left and my day turned upside down. The plumber had to rip out my wall and replace a bit of copper pipe that was leaking—walls, subfloor, hardwoods, insulation, joist/beams under house... all soaked. Had they not said anything, we'd have been in a world of hurt. We may not have figured it out for months (until we replaced the water filter under there). We are very grateful that they said something. They didn't have to... but they did... and that speaks volumes to me. We are extremely relieved that the leak was caught as quickly as it was and thank them for being a good steward of Chrismon. ps - they did a great job with the conduit, too!
